The Booking Process

Before Your Session

Before the shutter clicks, we begin with a conversation. You will share your details through an inquiry form, followed by an Official Pre-Production Call to map out the visual narrative of your session. Once the contract is signed and the retainer is secured, your date is locked. I will then send over a curated welcome guide to help set the scene.

During Your Session
We enter with a clear predetermined vision. There is no rigid posing or forced perfection here. I will provide gentle, intentional prompts to guide the composition, but my primary focus is capturing honest interactions and atmospheric moments that happen naturally between frames.

After Your Session
After the day concludes, your story is developed into a private digital gallery. Every final image is fully mastered, high-resolution, and ready for you to download, print, or archive. These are memories meant to be cherished for years to come.

  • Travel within 20 miles round trip of Chattanooga, TN is included. For sessions beyond that, a travel fee of $0.80 per mile applies. If you're booking a session 400+ miles away, I also ask for a hotel stay (1–2 nights depending on the timing and session type) unless I am already in your area. I’m always happy to talk through the details and make it work!

  • Life happens and weather does too. If rain or an unexpected change comes up, I’m always happy to reschedule. I keep a few backup dates available just in case, and I’ll work with you to find a new time that feels just as special. Your comfort and the experience matter just as much as the photos.

  • Absolutely! Every session includes access to a personal online gallery where you can order high-quality prints, canvases, and more right from the same place you view your photos. It's easy and designed to help you bring your favorite moments to life off-screen.

  • You'll receive your fully edited gallery within 1–2 weeks (or up to 6 weeks for weddings). I’ll send you a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution images, share with loved ones, and order prints—all in one place. It’s easy, beautiful, and yours to keep.

  • Absolutely! Most sessions are flexible and can include both. Just let me know during planning so we can make the most of our time together.

  • Yes, please! I love when pups are part of the story, they're family too. Just bring a leash, some treats, and maybe a favorite toy. I’ll work around their energy and make sure we capture their personality right alongside yours.
